What are we looking forWe are looking for young, talented, energetic blood driven by passion, hunger to learn and explore to join the force.What you will be doing- You will be responsible for overall exceptional customer experience and customer delight .- Act as a trusted advisor for their product queries on various platforms like instagram, facebook,website etc, via calls, whatsapp and emails.- Handle customer queries after delivery of order and help them with the status of their orders.- Manage custom orders.Lead Generation:- Identifying potential customers and database mining- Making outbound calls to qualified leads- Sending personalized emails to nurture leads- Desired candidates portfolio- Any graduate with an excellent command over verbal and written English is welcome- Someone who understands customer is king and is not shy to initiate a conversation.- Working knowledge of Excel and Word will be a plus.- Freshers welcome.
