Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits .
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pitching, negotiation, and closing deals .
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Address client inquiries, provide solutions, and offer after-sales support .
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty .
• Understand client requirements and recommend products/services accordingly.

3. Market Research and Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Gather insights on competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies to stay competitive.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer demands, sales obstacles, and market trends.
• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to increase market share.

4. Reporting and Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities , client interactions, and revenue generation.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management team.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery .
