Job Description

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven& Business Development Executive& to join our& Training Division& and help us grow our reach globally. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads for corporate/individual training programs through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.
Promote Coderzon 's specialized training offerings through presentations, webinars, email campaigns, and meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Regularly follow up with leads, maintain CRM data, and provide sales reports to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the education, training, or IT sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms is a plus.
