Travel Sales Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to handle domestic and international travel bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of destinations, ticketing, holiday packages, visa processing, and travel itineraries . This role requires excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Consultation

• Assist clients in choosing and booking domestic and international travel packages .
• Suggest flights, hotels, tours, cruises, car rentals, and travel insurance based on customer needs.
• Promote and upsell holiday packages, group tours, and customized itineraries .
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to meet targets.

2. Ticketing & Reservations

• Handle flight and hotel bookings using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) or online platforms.
• Manage visa applications, travel permits, and other documentation .
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of tickets and confirmations .

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Address customer inquiries related to travel options, visa policies, and itineraries .
• Provide travel advice, updates on flight schedules, and destination requirements .
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and leisure travelers .

4. Market Research & Business Development

• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline promotions, and new destinations .
• Collaborate with vendors, tour operators, and hotel chains for exclusive deals .
