Key Responsibilities:

Payment Collection & Billing

• Collect cash, UPI, credit/debit card payments from customers.
• Issue bills, invoices, and receipts accurately .
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and adjustments as per company policies.

Customer Assistance & Ticketing

• Assist customers at the ticketing counter and provide required information.
• Address queries related to pricing, discounts, and services .
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor with customers.

Daily Cash Handling & Reporting

• Tally cash and digital transactions at the end of the day.
• Maintain daily sales reports and submit records to the back office .
• Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and securely .
