Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Create and design graphics, motion graphics, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Produce high-quality learning video projects for our platforms, including marketing videos for social media.

Optimize video and graphic content to ensure it meets platform specifications and audience engagement goals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Strong experience in video editing and graphic design.

Creative ability to tell stories visually through video and graphic design.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.&

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the creative teams, including graphic designers & writers, to understand the project s vision and goals.

Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion graphics trends, techniques, and tools.

Receive feedback from your managers and superiors and make revisions as required to meet project objectives.

Quality Control:

Ensure final videos meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

Troubleshoot and fix any issues related to video production, such as audio sync, visual quality, and technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

a) Bachelor 's Degree in Bachelors in Mass Media, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

b) Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and graphics design.
