Customer Support Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support .
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints .
• Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with troubleshooting.

2. Problem Resolution

• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively .
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department .
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution .

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain customer records, call logs, and issue resolutions in CRM software.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and service improvements .

4. Sales & Upselling

• Suggest additional products/services to customers based on their needs.
• Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and replacements as required.
