Required Telecaller - Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to make outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet targets .

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers .

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns and provide accurate information .
• Maintain a database of customer interactions for future reference.

Target Achievement & Reporting

• Work towards monthly sales or customer service targets .
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and follow-ups .
• Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement .
