Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Teaching & Student Engagement

Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance.
• Provide timely feedback and academic guidance to students.
• Maintain student records and report progress to parents/administration .

Classroom Management & Student Support

• Maintain discipline and order in the classroom.
• Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs .
• Encourage extracurricular participation and overall student growth .

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

• Work with other teachers and school staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Attend workshops, training, and professional development programs .
• Stay updated with new teaching techniques and subject advancements .
