Required Sales Executive - Patna

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive & to drive sales of residential and commercial plots. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently . This role involves lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and negotiation .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online marketing, and field visits .
• Convert inquiries into site visits and sales .
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and brokers .

Client Engagement & Consultation

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences .
• Present available plots, pricing, and investment benefits to clients.
• Assist in legal documentation, agreement formalities, and loan assistance .

Site Visits & Deal Closure

• Organize and accompany clients for site visits .
• Negotiate prices, offers, and payment plans to close deals.
• Ensure a smooth transaction process and customer satisfaction .

Market Research & Reporting

• Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new projects .
• Provide daily and weekly reports on sales progress and lead status .
