Require Trainee Engineer For Production On An Urgent Basis

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support & Process Optimization

• Assist in monitoring and improving production processes for efficiency.
• Work with senior engineers to analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues .
• Support in quality control and product testing .

Equipment & Operations Handling

• Learn and operate production machinery and tools under supervision.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of production equipment .
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures .

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain production records, reports, and logs .
• Assist in preparing technical documents, process sheets, and quality reports .
• Report any process deviations, defects, or inefficiencies to the management.

Learning & Development

• Participate in on-the-job training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
• Work closely with senior engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams .
• Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and safety standards .
