Your responsibilities will include Back Office: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Maintain and organize files and records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and manage data in various systems. Generate reports and maintain data integrity. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels. Basic Accounting Support: Assist in basic accounting tasks like invoicing, and expense tracking.
