Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Contact potential customers from leads provided by the company .
• Explain membership plans, features, and benefits .
• Convert free members into paid subscribers by offering suitable plans.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets .

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer preferences, requirements, and concerns .
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers to build trust and credibility .
• Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members .

Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM software.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, conversions, and revenue generation .
• Identify trends in customer queries and provide feedback for service improvement.&
