Front Office Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to manage reception duties, coordinate office operations, and ensure smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor .

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Customer Service

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails .
• Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures .

Office Administration & Coordination

• Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings .
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and document dispatches .
• Assist with basic clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and record-keeping .

Facility & Inventory Management

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items .
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff as needed.

Support to Management & Staff

• Assist HR/Admin teams with visitor logs, attendance tracking, and event coordination .
• Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and guest arrangements .
• Support in organizing office meetings, conferences, and training sessions .
