Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Faridabad. Relationship-building skills: Establishing rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and fostering long-term partnerships. CRM proficiency: Utilizing customer relationship management software to track leads, manage customer data, and analyse sales performance. Customer service focus: Providing excellent customer support and addressing customer issues promptly. Market awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics. & REQUIREMENTS & 1. Bachelor Degree in any stream. 2. 1-3 years of experience in any organization.
