We are currently seeking a Enterprise Tooling Hub Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN:UP), India (IN).

Enterprise ToolingHub Role:
1. Summary of Role:
As an Enterprise Tooling Hub Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT application environments across all levels, ensuring high system uptime and efficient issue resolution. You will work closely with pipeline, security, engineering, and testing teamsto optimize DevOps tooling, assess areas for improvement, and contribute to the future roadmap of enterprise tools and lifecycle management. This role requires expertise in DevOps tools, automation, scripting, and strong problem:solving skills.
2. What You Will Do:
:
Provide first, second, and third:level supportfor IT application environments, ensuring system uptime and stability.
:
Diagnose and resolve technical issuesacross development, testing, and production environments.
:
Collaborate with pipeline, security, engineering, and testing teamsto improve DevOps tooling and processes.
:
Offer recommendations on the future roadmapof enterprise tools and lifecycle management strategies.
:
Work with core IT support teamsacross Server, Database, and Desktop landscapes, as well as vendors, to resolve critical issues.
:
Manage and optimize DevOps toolsincluding Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CloudBees Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube.
:
Develop and maintain automation scriptsusing Bash, Groovy, and REST APIs.
:
Support CI/CD practicesand pipeline automation where applicable.
:
Enhance containerized environmentsusing Docker, Kubernetes, and image registries(if applicable).
:
Automate infrastructure and application deployments using Ansible.
:
Support and maintain build toolssuch as Maven and ANT.
:
Work with authentication mechanisms like SAMLto improve security and access control.
:
Foster cross:team collaborationand provide guidance on best practices.

3. Required Skillset:
Essential Skills:
:
Strong experience in IT application environment supportacross all levels.
:
Expertise in Agile and DevOps practices.
:
Hands:on experience with DevOps tools(Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, CloudBees Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube).
:
Strong Unix knowledgeand proficiency in Bash and Groovy scripting.
:
Experience working with REST APIsfor automation and integration.
:
Ability to collaborate with cross:functional teams(pipeline, security, engineering, testing).
:
Strong troubleshooting and problem:solving skills.
:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, image registries).

Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline automation.
