Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales over the phone.
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to convert them into sales.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions .
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Address customer queries and handle objections professionally .

3. Target Achievement & Reporting:

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback .
• Provide reports on call conversions and market trends to the management.

4. Coordination & Team Support:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure client satisfaction .
• Stay updated on product/service features, market trends, and competitors .
