Position Overview:

We are seeking an& MIS Executive& (Management Information System Executive)& to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support business operations with accurate information. The ideal candidate should be& proficient in Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools & to help improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting:

• Collect, organize, and analyze business data from various sources .
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and different departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated databases and dashboards .

2. Excel & Data Analysis:

• Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to process and analyze data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business efficiency.
• Automate reports to enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts.

3. Software & System Management:

• Maintain MIS tools, ERP, CRM, or other data management software .
• Ensure smooth functioning of database systems and troubleshoot issues .
• Assist in data migration, integration, and system upgrades .

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with finance, operations, HR, and sales teams to provide insights.
• Present reports to management for strategic decision-making .
• Support internal audits and compliance reporting .
