Junior Legal Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Legal Associate to assist in legal research, case preparation, document drafting, and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of legal principles, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills . This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, litigation, compliance, and contract management .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Research & Case Preparation:

• Conduct legal research on relevant case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting legal opinions, pleadings, contracts, and agreements .
• Analyze legal documents and provide summaries for senior attorneys.

2. Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and agreements .
• Ensure all legal documents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements .
• Assist in maintaining case files, legal records, and compliance reports .

3. Client Interaction & Representation Support:

• Support senior lawyers in client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings .
• Draft letters, legal notices, and responses on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with external legal teams, courts, and government authorities as needed.

4. Contract & Corporate Law Support:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, and NDAs .
• Provide support in corporate legal matters, intellectual property, and due diligence .
• Help with legal compliance in business transactions and regulatory filings .
