Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, optimize workflows, and enhance product quality. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manufacturing systems, process optimization, and quality control , with a strong focus on efficiency and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Process Optimization

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
• Analyze production workflows and suggest improvements to reduce waste and costs.
• Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles .

Quality Control & Compliance

• Monitor product quality and implement quality control standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for production defects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and industry safety regulations .

Equipment & Technology Management

• Identify, procure, and maintain manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Implement automation and robotics to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Supply Chain & Cost Management

• Work with suppliers to source raw materials and optimize supply chain processes.
• Reduce production costs while maintaining high product standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management and waste reduction.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to improve product manufacturability.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
