Required Telecaller - Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Sales

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups

• Identify and qualify potential customers from call lists or databases.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure high conversion rates.
• Keep accurate records of customer details, interactions, and sales status.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product/service improvements.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Ensure all communication follows company policies and guidelines.
