Job Description: The Bancassurance Manager drives insurance sales through banking partnerships, builds relationships with bank staff, provides training and support, and ensures sales targets for insurance products are met. Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive sales of life and general insurance products to the bank s customers.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
-Identify cross-selling opportunities by analyzing the bank s customer database.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
-Train bank employees on insurance products, processes, and sales techniques.
-Provide support and guidance to customers on selecting suitable insurance products.
-Address customer inquiries, complaints, and claims-related issues promptly. Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor s degree Mandatory.
-2 years of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
-Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
-Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
