The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling digital learning solutions to corporate clients, enterprises, educational institutes, and universities in India.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company and contribute to its success.Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients in the corporates and enterprises in India.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Understand clients learning and development needs and propose tailored digital learning solutions to meet their requirements.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our digital learning solutions.- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.Ideal Candidate:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 5-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling digital learning solutions or related products/services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of the learning and development industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
