Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and stockists.- Expand market share by increasing numeric and weighted distribution.- Implement promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.2. Channel & Distributor Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail partners.- Ensure proper stock availability and replenishment at all distributor points.- Monitor distributor ROI and profitability, ensuring smooth operations.3. Market Analysis & Strategy Execution- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest effective sales strategies.- Identify gaps and opportunities in the assigned region to maximize sales.- Provide insights on customer preferences, pricing trends, and demand forecasting.4. Team Management & Training- Lead and guide a team of Sales Officers/Executives.- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity and efficiency.- Motivate and monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics.5. Reporting & Compliance- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines.- Work closely with the supply chain team to streamline deliveries and inventory management.
