Job Summary :-We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our partner properties and events. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, ad space selling, and client relationship management to maximize business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :-Revenue Generation:- Sell advertising space for partner properties and events.- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.Client Management & Acquisition:- Identify and acquire new clients to expand business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer integrated advertising solutions.Conceptualization & Market Strategy:- Develop and propose innovative event and advertising concepts based on market trends.- Align client requirements with suitable properties to provide customized advertising solutions.Sales Operations & Documentation:- Ensure all necessary documentation for events and sales transactions is provided to the finance team.- Ensure 100% collections within stipulated timelines.Skills & Qualifications :-- 1-4 years of experience in ad space selling or field sales.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Ability to conceptualize and execute advertising strategies.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Knowledge of the advertising and media industry is a plus.
