Job Description
The Team Leader - Corporate Sales is responsible for guiding a high-performing team in generating and managing corporate client accounts. This position focuses on achieving sales goals, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service while supporting the team s professional growth.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of corporate sales professionals, setting clear sales objectives.- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients and retain existing ones.- Identify market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends to drive sales.- Build relationships with senior decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.- Monitor sales targets and coach the team to achieve their goals and improve performance.- Work closely with marketing and other departments to create tailored solutions for clients.- Track and analyze sales metrics, providing detailed reports to senior management.- Manage negotiations and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.- Strong experience in sales with at least 2 years in a field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to develop strategies and meet corporate sales targets.- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.Key Attributes:- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.-- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.Contact:97267 21114 (ref:updazz.com)
