Job Description: In order to ensure that a group of agents reach sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service, an Agency Channel Specialist is in charge of supervising and managing them. Roles and Responsibilities: - Assemble, instruct, and oversee a group of agents.
-Establish and keep track of the agency s sales goals.
-Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
-Manage advertising and marketing initiatives.
-Make ensuring that corporate policies and regulations are followed.
-Keep an eye on agent performance and offer coaching and comments.
-Senior management should receive performance reports on a regular basis.
-Create plans to increase sales and profits. Qualification and Experience: - Must completed Graduation compulsory.
-2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
-Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
