Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Davangere. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents/advisors to drive business growth.Roles and Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents/advisors to form a strong sales force.
-Motivate agents to meet both individual and team sales objectives.
-Provide continual training, coaching, and support to help agents improve their performance.
-Create and implement sales tactics to boost revenue growth.
-Hold frequent meetings, performance assessments, and goal-setting sessions for agents.
-Ensure that agents conform to corporate standards and industry requirements.
-Identify new business possibilities and market trends to increase sales.
-Develop and maintain good connections with customers and business partners.
-Travel to Davangere and adjacent locations to meet with agents and clients.
