HR Recruiter Intern

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and HR operations . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn about recruitment and human resources management .

• • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
• Employee Records & Documentation:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Support in updating employee files and documentation.
• Training & Development:
  • Help with organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Support in tracking employee progress and training participation.
• HR Administration:
  • Assist with preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Help with employee benefits administration and answering general HR-related queries.
• Employee Engagement:
  • Assist with organizing company events and team-building activities.
  • Help in gathering employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools.
• Other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
