Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive - Real Estate & to sell flats and apartments to potential buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to close deals efficiently .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and online marketing .
  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and preferences .
  • Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, and property investors .

2. Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for potential buyers.
  • Explain property features, pricing, amenities, and payment plans effectively.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

  • Assist clients in completing legal formalities, agreements, and loan processing .
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations .

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor projects .
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

5. Post-Sales Support & Follow-ups:

  • Ensure smooth handover of flats and post-sale support .
  • Maintain customer relationships for future referrals and repeat business .
