Outbound Calling Tele Caller

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Calling Tele caller to make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and drive sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively . This role requires cold calling, follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

• Make outgoing calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services , answer queries, and persuade customers to take action.
• Generate and qualify leads for sales teams or business development .

2. Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions .
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction through positive interactions.

3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management:

• Follow up with interested customers via calls, emails, or messages.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure timely reminders, updates, and offers are shared with customers.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and customer feedback.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve strategies .
