Telecaller / Call Center Representative

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound calls to address customer queries, complaints, and support requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

2. Sales & Lead Conversion (for Telemarketing roles):

• Persuade customers to purchase products or services.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance repeat business.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain customer records and update databases with call details.
• Record feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly call performance .

4. Compliance & Professionalism:

• Adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
• Follow quality assurance and customer service standards .
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company policies.
