Job Description

We require female candidates with& Good Communication skills. To market Rare fine chemicals in Govt, departments in Delhi Region only. Company has rate contracts with various Govt. Institutes Expenses will be given by company. Candidates will be given fixed salary based on their interview. This is a non-target job. No target. An incentive will be given to performing Candidates. All travelling expenses will be given by company.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to promote and sell rare fine chemicals to government departments, research institutions, and laboratories in the Delhi region . The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, government procurement processes, and an understanding of fine chemicals or scientific products .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Lead Generation:

Identify and target government departments, research labs, educational institutions, and public-sector units that require fine chemicals.
Develop and maintain a database of procurement officers and decision-makers .
Monitor government tenders, procurement portals (GeM, E-Tenders), and bidding opportunities .

2. Sales & Business Development:

Approach government agencies and research institutions to pitch product offerings.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Ensure timely submission of quotations, tenders, and proposals in coordination with the sales and documentation team.
Follow up with procurement departments to secure orders and payments .

3. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement managers, and research professionals .
Act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, negotiations, and contract execution .
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support .

4. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all transactions comply with government procurement regulations .
Maintain proper documentation for tenders, vendor registrations, and approvals .
Work closely with the accounts team to handle invoices, payments, and government tax regulations .
