Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support efficiently.
• Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting .
• Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues .

2. Order & Service Management:

• Process orders, refunds, replacements, and cancellations as per customer requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, billing, and technical support issues .
• Keep customers updated on order status and service requests .

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service improvement .
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.

4. Data Entry & Reporting:

• Update customer details, queries, and resolutions in CRM software .
• Prepare daily/monthly reports on customer interactions and complaints.
• Identify trends and common issues to improve service quality.
