Front Office Executive

1. Undertake routine reception duties, including answering telephone inquiries and signing in visitors
2. Provide routine clerical support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, and emailing
3. Maintain office cleanliness and housekeeping standards
4. Oversee facility management, including maintenance of office space, UPS, EPABX, printers, and telephone lines
5. Manage printing needs, business cards, and placing orders for mineral water
6. Handle office couriers and packages, maintaining incoming and outgoing material/courier registers
7. Maintain visitor records accurately and consistently
8. Maintain staff outgoing register and ensure it is up-to-date
9. Manage bank correspondence, including opening employee bank accounts and handling demand drafts (D.D.)
10. Maintain the attendance register, remind employees to sign it, and track leaves
11. Maintain a register for missed or unattended calls, leave notes, and track outgoing calls
12. Coordinate with the admin and accounts departments for smooth office operations
13. Process attendance cards, calculate working hours, and generate data from the attendance system software.
