Job Summary:
:
Reviews Engineering Contractor 's key engineering deliverables according to a set engineering design criteria utilizing approved engineering procedures, practices, and standards.

Reviews Third Party Engineering Contractor 's design, studies, reports, and proposals.
:
Co:ordinatethe detailed design review of the facility and monitor status of Engineering deliverables with a focus on meeting schedule due dates.

Reviews Engineering scope and work plan for the process discipline for all phases of the project and make sure all specifications are met and standards followed.

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of project deliverables (Design Criteria, P and ID 's, Specification, 3D Model and Hazop/LOPA Reviews, Plot Plan, equipment Location Plan, Steel and Concrete Design,
SLD, DCS design etc.) within the agreed contractual requirements.

Ensures design defects in the Engineering design are identified to maintain the technical quality of all process deliverables issued by the Engineering.

Is involved in complex technical discussions with Owner, Engineering, Subcontractors, licensors, and suppliers to validate technical decisions.

Identifies issues (problems, value improvement opportunities) with Engineering Contractor 's design and helps clarify areas of complexity during all phases of the engineering design work.

Understandsmulti:disciplinary technical issues and can advise on innovative technical solutions to resolve these issues.
Major Responsibilities:
:
Has full technical responsibility for planning, interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating the engineering assignments and activities on the project in liaison with the Project Engineering
Manager.

Establish / manage the overall engineering budget, maintains ownership, and ensures execution within approved budgets.
:
Manage Engineering Bulk Quantities including Concrete, Piles, Steel, Pipe, Cable Trays and Cables. Responsible for bulk releases per schedule, monitor qty changes and manage variation requests and
trends with client.

Conduct Value Engineering and Risk Assessment Workshops.
