Client Service Executive

Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone, calls, email communications, or face to face meetings.
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To share minutes of meeting with the client and concerned head of the departments in a professional manner.
To prepare estimates as per the requirements of the client.
Interacting with clients for their day to day briefs.
Coordinating with operation department for installation and permission.
Negotiate with client for efficient services delivery at profitable cost.
Ensure services are priced correctly for client expansion opportunities.
Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
After work completion, share PPT including installation pictures & completion certificate to accounts department.
Share invoice and work completion PPT to the client.
Coordinate with clients and maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients. Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients.
