Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Source, interview, and onboard the right talent.
Employee Engagement Create a positive workplace culture and organize team-building activities.
Payroll & Compliance Manage attendance, oversee payroll, and ensure legal compliance.
Performance Management Implement appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
HR Policies & Documentation Develop policies and maintain employee records.
Conflict Resolution Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Administrative Support Assist in daily HR operations and office management.
Who Can Apply
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1-3 years of HR experience (Freshers with relevant skills can apply).
Strong understanding of HR laws, payroll, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
