Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)Strengthen Relationships with Top OEM Clients- KPI 1: Achieve a 95% customer satisfaction rating.- KPI 3: Retain at least 95% of existing OEM clients through effective relationship management and value-added services.- KPI 4:Conduct customer satisfaction surveys (Dealers & OEM s) every month and implement improvements based on feedback.Govt. Liaisoning:- KPI 1: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with RTO officials and other relevant government authorities.
-KPI 2: Proactively engage with government bodies to understand their policies, procedures, and requirements.Enhance Collaboration with Internal Teams to Optimize OEM Sales- KPI 1: Collaborate with the State Head and Central Operations teams achieving 95% attendance and follow-up action completion.- KPI 2: Ensure 100% adherence to product delivery timelines for OEM clients, tracked through supply chain reports and customer feedback.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES1. Proven Track Record of Liaison with Government officials (Transport Department : Demonstrated success in Liaison with Transport Department Officials at various levels.2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.4. Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results. (ref:updazz.com)
