Key Responsibilities :- Manage incoming sales inquiries and coordinate with potential customers via telephone, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness while handling 50 calls daily. Track all communication in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up.- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer queries and expedite sales processes. Prepare and distribute daily call reports and sales activity summaries.- Process sales orders accurately, including verifying order details, coordinating with inventory management, and communicating delivery timelines to customers.
