- Handles incoming calls and records them in ERP.- Also handles leads that we receive from JD, Sulekha, Online etc.- Calls 100 calls a day and gathers 4 confirmations for walk-ins.- Out of 100, at least 50 should be successful conversations with the students.- Generates at least 25 walk-ins from her callings per month but when we disclose the target to her, let us double it and say 50.- Lead Management and transfers all leads in ERP, department wise.- Maintaining all relevant reports in an excel sheet day wise as a backup.
