This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.Roles And Responsibilities :- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.
-Drive sales performance and meet business targets.- Monitor and support adviser activities to ensure productivity.- For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
-Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.Qualifications : Graduation mandatory. Age : 21 to 38.- 1 years experience in any Field Sales.
