With a focus on helping businesses grow and maintain the quality of their manpower, they offer comprehensive services aimed at reducing hiring time, optimizing workforce efficiency, and fostering long-term partnerships built on trust.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.- Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.Ideal Candidate- You have at least 5 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Ed Tech, Education and Hospitality industry.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders (ref:updazz.com)
