The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our referral network, increasing brand engagement, and ensuring partner satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes - Grow the Refer & Earn Program - Increase referral enrollments by 30% through targeted outreach and campaigns.
-School & College Partnerships - Establish collaborations with a minimum of 10 new institutions per month to expand brand reach.
-Lead Generation & Conversions - Generate at least 50 qualified leads per month and contribute to student enrollments.
-Brand Building & Awareness - Organize at least 3 marketing events/seminars per month to create strong brand visibility.
-Partner Relationship Management - Maintain and strengthen ties with existing and new partners, ensuring a steady student pipeline.
-On-Ground Marketing Execution - Conduct structured field visits and engagement activities to maximize direct outreach.Requirements - Education: Pursuing/completed MBA (Marketing preferred).
