Job Description
Hiring for Regional Sales Manager (South) for Jewellery Manufacturing Company Location- Bangalore Exp - 8 Years Roles & Responsibilities :- Oversee daily operations of retail stores within the region.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and implement improvements.- Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.- Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.- Work with store managers to optimize inventory levels and product assortments.Team Leadership and Development:- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Customer Experience:- Ensure a high level of customer service across all stores.- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Implement customer feedback to improve service quality.Marketing and Merchandising:- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute regional promotional activities.- Ensure stores are visually appealing and merchandise is presented effectively.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.Compliance and Safety:- Ensure all stores comply with health and safety regulations.- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards.- Address any compliance issues promptly.Reporting and Communication:- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.- Communicate company updates, initiatives, and goals to store managers.- Facilitate effective communication between stores and corporate headquarters (ref:updazz.com)
