Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with appropriate electrical solutions and product.
-Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share within the assigned territory or sector.
-Prepare and present technical proposals and quotes to clients.
-Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure product availability, lead times, and optimal solutions are delivered to clients.
-Monitor competitors activities and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
-Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management.
-Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
-Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction. Customer Support and Relationship Management : - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, offering technical assistance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
-Build long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their ongoing capacitor needs and providing timely support.
-Follow up on sales leads, gather customer feedback, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise and Consultation : - Provide technical guidance and product knowledge related to electrical Industrial components.
-Collaborate with the internal technical team to assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, and technical specifications.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and market developments to provide the most relevant recommendations to customers.
-Sales Reporting and Forecasting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
-Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
-Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical product sales or sales engineering.
-Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, systems, and solutions.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in the electrical sector. Preferred Skills: - Experience with electrical distribution products or systems.
-Ability to work with CRM tools and other sales-related software.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. (ref:updazz.com)
