Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (1-10 Yrs) Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore (BFSI Sales)

We seek a dynamic Agency Channel Sales Manager to recruit, train, and manage insurance agents, drive sales, expand the network, and ensure excellent customer service.Roles and responsibilities:: - Identify and onboard high-potential insurance agents/advisors to build a strong sales team.- Agents should receive frequent training and coaching to provide them with sales and product knowledge.- Make sure agents reach both individual and team sales goals for life insurance products to propel business expansion.- To improve loyalty and retention, keep up good relations with both agents and clients.- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the agency channel.- Make sure that every sales activity complies with legal requirements, and report performance metrics on time.Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).- Experience: 1-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.- Staying in same location from kast 4 years.- Good Communication With open market knowledge.
