Job Description
Position Title: Business Development Manager - SalesLocation: ChennaiReports To: RSMSalary- Per annum salary Monthly IncentiveMust have my own laptop to work on during the probation period.Office Timing - 9 to 6.30 PMWorking Days- Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday & 4th Saturday half day)Role Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Sales will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the innovative and reliable elevator solutions offered by Brio Elevators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the elevator industry, and the ability to navigate dynamic markets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads for elevator installations, maintenance contracts, and modernization services.Client Relationship Management:- Build and nurture strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors.- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent customer service.Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.- Provide insights to management for improving product offerings and market positioning.Collaboration:- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.- Work closely with the installation and service teams to deliver customer satisfaction.Sales Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline management and performance metrics.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevator or related industries (construction, infrastructure, etc.).- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client management.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
