Inbound Tele Caller

Job Summary:

The Inbound Tele caller will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers, and providing resolutions to their queries . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach .

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
• Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

• Good Communication Skill.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure .
• Multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude.
