Job Summary:

The Sales Associate & will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers , explaining products/services, handling objections, and closing sales deals . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle high call volumes .

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calling:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Follow a structured sales pitch to engage customers and generate interest.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Convert cold and warm leads into sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads to close deals.

Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business .
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Data Entry & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM software .
• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
